PES Common Candidate Nicolas Schmit campaigns in Stockholm, Sweden. Alongside PES President Stefan Löfven, he met with President of LO Johan Lindholm. Afterwards, at a press conference in the Swedish Parliament, Nicolas Schmit joined with SAP party leader Magdalena Andersson and head of the SAP list for the European elections Heléne Fritzon MEP in warning about the growing threat to democracy from the far-right. At the end of the day, Nicolas Schmit met SAP activists at a ‘valstuga’ in Sergels Torg Square.
